Flynn Rink offers a variety of skating opportunities to cater to all ages… and all abilities!
NOTE: A Waiver Form will need to be completed and submitted in order to participate.

Public Skating

Weekend Public Skate will begin Thanksgiving weekend (11/24) 

Cost is $5 for admission for all people over the age of 3 and $5 skate rentals are available. Helmets are highly recommended. You can find the most up to date public skate schedule here: Public Skate Calendar

Learn to Skate

Basic Skills classes are the foundation for both Learn to Play Hockey and Freestyle Figure Skating. The Basic Skills levels are developed by the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA) and are designed to be the best beginning ice-skating program. This program caters to the need of both the recreational and the competitive skater.

The Learn to Skate program allows skaters of all ages and abilities to learn the fundamental skills necessary to play hockey, figure skate or just recreational skating. Flynn Rink is confident that you will find the Basic Skills program to be a fun and encouraging skating experience. Each skater will develop their own individual coordination and balance skills as well as learn the correct techniques of skating. Flynn rink offers 4 sessions of Learn to Skate throughout the season. Fall I, Fall II, Winter and Spring. They are all 6 or 7 week sessions. For more information, click here: Learn to Skate

Hockey Walk On

Hockey Lesson Walk on ice provides the more advanced skaters with an opportunity to work with a private instructor or gain extra practice time before their next big event. Skaters must be in a lesson or able to practice on their own without the help of a parent, to utilize the Hockey Lesson Walk On Ice.
